Families with Dignity is a ministry of Catholic Family, Friends & Allies supporting the LGBTQ+ Community.  They promote and facilitate personal, meaningful, and respectful conversation, especially with bishops, pastors, parish leadership, and dioceses.

Founded in 1969, DignityUSA is the oldest Catholic LGBTQI organization in the United States.
